- Includes unlimited Pheasant Hunting. Hunt great cover and great birds from September through February

- Limited Water Fowl Hunting on private land with guide CDOW license, dates and regulations apply

- Private Land Trophy Mule Deer guided hunt huge bucks with CDOW License

- Private Land Elk guided hunt with CDOW License, large herd winters on ranch

- Unlimited use of the Club Lodge, 5 private bedrooms, beautiful master suite and bath (including Jacuzzi tub, steam shower and private deck), and Great Kitchen

- Full time Hunt Club Manager available

- Heated Dog area with nice beds available for your hard working friend(s)
